Introduction
Most of us always struggle to choose where to go on vacations. There are many aspects to take into account to make that decision. In your case, as Tourism students, you know what those aspects are and you are getting informed about how to recommend and create vacation plans for clients. However, it is not sufficient to know only about your country, but you should also know about the world.
The objective of this webquest is for you and your team to know about the major touristic attractions in different countries around the world, compare them, and choose the best place to visit!
Task
Task 1
In teams of three, you will create a Google document with information on three different destination countries.
Task 2
You wil make a Power Point presentation or Prezi with comparisons between the three chosen destinations.
Task 3
You will choose the best destination and design a 3-4 day trip to that particular destination in an online brochure.
Process
First, you should choose your team. There must be three people in each team.
Task 1
1. Create a Google document and share it with each other. https://docs.google.com/
2. Select three out the next 5 countries to investigate.

3. Use the given websites to investigate about the countries you selected. Principal touristic attractions, some historical details, activities you can do in those places, typical food, costs, etc. Include all that information in the document in an organized way.
*Note: feel free to visit more websites, as long as these are official and/or certified.
Task 2
1. Decide the type of presentation you want to make.

2. Using the information from task 1, make comparisons between the three chosen destinations. Include images/graphics.
Task 3
1. Discuss with your team which is the best destination and why.
2. Design a 3-4 day trip to that particular destination.
3. Create a brochure that contains the information of the trip and your reasons for choosing that place.

Congratulations! You finished the webquest! Now you know much more about the countries you have been working on. You have learned many things, not only information and facts; but also to work together with your classmates and how to prepare a brochure and a presentation.
