Nowadays, consumers face a large range of products in supermarkets and online shopping. The current economic downturn has made the consumer's decision-making process more difficult. We can identify why shoppers choose the certain products and also what drives consumer decision, and the overall impact consumers have on brands.

Comparison shopping is especially beneficial when buying expensive items, items you purchase often, or items where the product quality or prices vary greatly.
