Voiced and voiceless consonants in the English language.

Introduction

Introduction: In this WebQuest, we take you to explore the sounds of all the consonants in the English language with the goal of identifying sounds and reducing accent through phonetics when communicating in English as a second language. During the process you will recognize voiceless consonants and voiced consonants. We will teach you how to interpret the phonetic symbols in English so that you can learn to pronounce each word when you do not know its pronunciation and make use of a dictionary. This will be easy and will help you to be autonomous since you will be able to know how to pronounce all the words in English.

At the end of this Web Quest, you will have acquired a deeper understanding of the pronunciation related to the sounds of the voiced and unvoiced consonants of the English language, i.e. the phonetic transcription of the symbols that represent them according to the IPA. At the end of this process, you will be able to pronounce with less accent.
